Tignibidin A. V., Zherebtsov S. N. — Effect of the effective grinding forces on working error

The sizes of elastic deformation of processed details in diameter from 3 to 10 mm on circular grinding machine tools are resulted and influence of axial loading on rigidity of details in the machine tool centers is shown. Schedules of dependence of elastic deformation from forces of cutting in comparison with theoretical calculation are received. It is proved that axial loading on a detail at grinding considerably reduces product deformation in cross-section section by 30—50 %. At a choice of modes of cutting it is necessary to consider that force of cutting considerably influences an error of abrasive processing of long details.

Olenin M. I. — Phase superplasticity application for correcting thing-walled products from maraging steel

Research results of the maraging steels stress-aging regularity under conditions of phase (substructured) superplasticity at product thermal correcting on mandrels are considered. It is shown that utilization of the phase plasticity effect detected in maraging steels at α → γ-transformations during the mandrel aging process allows to 7—10 times ellipsoid reduction of the thing-walled tubes.

Design procedure of real total cutting power of the tool used on the NC-machines at stepwise varying cutting conditions is described. Formulae by which one can determine bad tool replacement conditions for main cutting operations are covered.

Lebedev V. A., Tischenko V. A. — Engineering capability of press tool reconditioning by machine arc surfacing

Problems of technology selection and equipment creation at reconditioning and repair surfacing of the punching tools mold in order to raise tool resistance characteristic minimize power and resource inputs are considered. Off-the-shelf design usage of the ПШ107В-tуре deposition semiautomatic devices and of programmable mobility of a semiautomatic machine support using NC-controlled machine units are grounded and offered. A method of self-clinching flux cored electrode wire with modulation characteristic regulation is applied.

Anakhov S. V., Pykin Yu. A. — Plasmatron nozzle assembly acoustic design technique

The technique of acoustic designing for the plasma nozzle by nozzle profiling is offered. Such profiling allows to reduce the number of acoustic excitation sources in gas-dynamic system and to eliminate conditions for their resonant strengthening. Concrete designs of the plasma nozzles are considered. Their advantages and lacks from the acoustic and technological point of view are presented.

Alkylphenolates preparation techniques improvement is considered. On their base such surfactant species are obtained as antioxidants, soluble alkylphenol-formaldehyde resins for additives, lacquers and curing agents. Engineering solutions in the field of alkylphenolates industrial synthesis for oil additives on the phase of alkylphenolates production are covered.

Yelinson V. M., Lyamin A. N., Podlesnaya O. A. — Physicochemical and antimicrobial surface properties of polyethylene terephthalate and polytetrafluoroethylene at ion-plasma nanostructuring

Results or investigating composition, relief, charge and total surface energy, as well as antimicrobial properties of nano-structured surfaces on the basis of polyethylene terephthalate and polytetrafluoroethylene, formed by the ion-plasma methods are described. It is shown that dependence of the antimicrobial activity on the conditions of nano-structuring shows threshold behaviour.
