Melnikova M. A., Grigoryants A. G. — Transformation features in polyethylene film at laser labeling

Necessity for labelling materials nowadays is caused by continuing development of technologies. So far as virtually all industrial production has its own packaging when offered for sale, then it is most reasonable to put a protective image directly on the most widespread packaging material, which is polyethylene. An important stage is elicitation of a possibility of marking the material and identification of laser treatment features.

Kiryushin I. Ye. — Wear resistance of surface coating after a high-speed turning operation of the hardened powder steel

It is established that surface condition became worse when turning hardened steel S49 of 42—45 HRC at cutting speed enhancing from 60 to 300 m/min. Quality of the surface layer improved after achieving the cutting speed as of 300 m/min, which corresponds the beginning of high-speed processing. When the cutting rate goes up to 400 m/min the surface condition becomes worse significantly.

Kryukov S. A., Slavin A. V., Baidakova N. V. — Mechanical strength forecast of abrasive composites

Dependence of mechanical strength of composition materials by volume content of a dispersive filler in the form of an abrasive grain in the matrix is defined. Researches of the mechanical strength for the break of samples of an abrasive tool 24A2K5 are carried out. The empiric dependence of the strength of the abrasive composition materials is obtained.

Shiganov I. N., Yakushin B. F., Tretyakov R. S., Mirgorodsky V. A., Lapin A. V. — Bottom run formation on a flux backing at laser welding of corrosion-resistant steel

It was developed a technology for high-quality formation of the root of the weld in laser welding on the flux lining of stainless steel with a thickness of 6,0 mm. Justified and selected compositions fluxes, ensuring the smooth formation of the weld, full dividing from the surface of a melt-material and absorption of spatter. Micro and macroscopic structure of the compounds was investigated. Also was offered optimum modes of welding.

Shiganov I. N., Melnikov D. M. — Motor fuel viscosity test by the method of laser phase analysis

A new method of determination the viscosity of oil-containing motor fuels, in particular of diesel fuel, was described. Also was determined the values of viscosity at low temperatures of diesel fuel until complete solidification. This methodology is based on a previously developed method of laser phase analysis and significantly expands the scope of its application, aimed at improving the quality of motor fuels.
