Novokreshchenov V. V., Rodyakina R. V., Lastovirya V. N. — Effect of the high temperature annealing on the welded joints structure stability and properties of the tungsten monocrystals with flat and tungsten axial geometry

The results of experimental studies of the effect of high temperature treatment on the stability of the substructure, crystallography and mechanical properties of welded joints of single crystals of tungsten and axial planar geometry are shown. The main research problem was to obtain data about the possibility of creating mono-faceted tubes of tungsten single crystals with a stable substructure (ρ = 105—106 cm–2), allowable disorientation angles for sub-boundaries (θ < 3°) in the central part of the weld and strength characteristics (flexural strength of weld metal must be greater or equal than strength of base metal). The products of such mono-faceted tubes of tungsten single crystals can be used at working temperatures up to 2500 °C.
There were offered and described two technological schemes of obtaining such tubes with the desired uniform orientation of the side (working) surface from the tungsten single crystal’s ingot.

Kirillov А. K. — Dry milling of the difficult machining steel through the use of carbide cutter with nano-structured composite coating in the ionized gas environment

The article describes the results of studies of environmentally friendly technology of dry milling of hard — to cut — materials using a multifunctional complex that includes a carbide cutting tool with a nanostructured coating and ionized gas environment. The results of studies on the establishment of rational parameters of the complex with a symmetrical face milling of a nickel alloys are shown. Comparative studies of the mechanism of wear for carbide face mills when milling with standard cutting fluid and at milling with carbide face mills using the developed complex showed a significant lower rate of tool wear and thus longer period of face mill lifetime at milling with complex.
The proposed technology of face milling with elaborated complex will significantly reduce the negative anthropogenic impact on the environment.

The simulation of a three-stage process of cold de-formation has allowed to establish ways of restoring the deformation of the anisotropy of the ultimate strain, at which the subsequent deformation leads to partial recovery of plasticity of Materia La for certain types of deformation and directions of deformation.
Identified preferred modes of processing by pressure simae the required bodies and an algorithm for constructing processes a non-monotonic de-formation involving the processing of workpieces in several stages to establish a particular order, create the kinds of de-formation and directions of deformation, allowing to raise efficiency of the influence of pressure treatment on the quality of the material of the product.
Developed a new device class of multi-stage deformation, which provides non-monotonic deformation of porous blanks. Devices allow: strictly regulate the degree of deformation and type of the stress-strain state of the workpiece material at each stage of pressing, which provided for a large degree of freedom of movement of the deforming elements of a press tool; to exclude the operation force of a wheel of semi-finished billets from the matrix cavity molds at intermediate stages of pressing.

MACHINE-TOOL AND CUTTING TOOLS PRODUCTION

Kozyrev N. А., Kibko N. V., Ymanskiy А. А., Titov D. А., Sokolov P. D. — Improving the quality of the rolls deposited layer via improving of the flux-cored wires composition

An experimental investigation were carried out for the influence elucidating of the alloying with systems C-Si-Mn-Cr-W-V and C-Si-Mn-Cr-V-Mo added to flux-cored wires used for welding deposit of the carbon-fluorine additive (metallurgical production waste) and powdered nickel on rolls. It is shown that the introduction of the indicated materials in the charge composition used for the manufacture of wires marks 35V9Х3СF and 25Х5FМС promotes helps to improve a number of the deposited layer characteristics: reducing of the pollution level with non-metallic inclusions; increasing of the deposited layer surface hardness; crushing of the austenite grain and the formation of fine-dispersed carbides. In practice this may promotes increasing of the rolls thermal steadfastness of the rolls and the ferrite mesh elimination that can have a positive effect on the fracture strength. The conducted studies allowed developing of new, flux-cored wires composition for rolls welding deposit, protected through the RF patents. Flux-cored wires composition for rolls welding deposit. Technology of the rolls welding deposit through the use of the proposed flux-cored wires with alloying systems C-Si-Mn-Cr-W-V and C-Si-Mn-Cr-V-Mo is introduced into production by Ltd "ElSib".

RECEIPT TECHNOLOGY OF THE PERMANENT CONNECTIONS

Matyushkin B. А., Denisov V. I., Tolkachev А. А. — Technological features of arc metallization in AIC-branch

The article shows the essence of the process of electric arc metallization, its advantages and disadvantages. It is established that with the help of metallization it is possible to obtain a combined coating with pseudoplanes structure, which have several important properties: the combination of high values of melting temperature, hardness, damping capacity, wear resistance. We propose an innovative method of electric arc metallization (EDM) on the basis of the principle of modeling the process by changing the concentration of components in a mixture by using two spray guns. It is established that the formation of a strong connection between the particles of applied metal and the substrate is carried out under the action of heat and kinetic energies of the particles. It is shown that the use of two spray guns at supersonic expiration of air allows increasing the hardness and density of the applied layer, adhesive-cohesive strength and durability.

Nafikov M. Z. — Coating from non-ferrous metals and alloys on the substrat from carbon steel

New methods of application of electrocontact welding on the surface of parts made of carbon steels from non-ferrous metal coatings and alloys other hard-to-weld materials are suggested. Used as an additive heterogeneous bundles of wires or a combination of additives consisting of a perforated tube of non-ferrous metal and the wire from low carbon steel which is passed through this tube.

The given article is devoted research of effect of diffusion in near-surface copper layers in a zone of an active channel of the nozzle plasmatron. Influence of parametres of the arc chamber on quality of plasma processing and reliability плазматрона is considered. The relation of mechanical strength of an insert, and also temperature firmness, from a thickness and insert geometry is determined.

The reliability of internal combustion engines is largely predetermined by the resources of its basic parts. Improving resource critical parts of the engine can be implemented through a set of measures, including: improved methods of manufacture, hardening, material selection, optimization of geometrical parameters, the choice of rational methods of calculation, etc. In this paper we applied a polarization-optical method (photomechanics) to study the stresses from bending and twisting in his reference points on the flat transparent optical models.
