Volkov S. S., Kobernik N. V., Pankratov A. S., Konovalov A. V. — Study of thermal deformation cycles and structural transformations during ultrasonic cutting of plastics

The possibility of using ultrasonic vibration energy for cutting plastics, synthetic fabrics and polymer films is considered in this article. Various schemes of this process are presented. To assess the structural changes in the polymers, X-ray diffraction analysis is used, as a result of which four sections of the deformation curves are determined (isolated), each section is characterized by certain changes in the structural state of the polymer.
The technology and equipment for ultrasonic cutting of plastics are considered.

In this work a set of structural metallographic studies (qualitative metallographic analysis, microstructure analysis by scanning and transmission electron microscopy, fractographic analysis of fractures), as well as a set of mechanical characteristics (impact toughness, tensile strength σB and elongation δ for temperatures of 20 °C and 650 °C, creep rupture strength at a temperature of 650 °C) of welded joints made of nickel-base superalloys alloys obtained by inertial friction welding. The structure formation of high-chromium cast iron deposited by a non-current-carrying consumable workpiece in a three-section current-carrying mold ∅180 mm has been investigated. The influence of the absence of electric current passing through the melting workpiece on the formation of the cast iron structure has been established. Compared with melting in the slay of an electrode of the same cross-section and chemical composition, in the case of using a non-current-carrying consumable workpiece in the structure of cast iron, the amount of eutectic decreases, carbides of various shapes are formed, and the uniformity of distribution of fan-shaped carbides over the cross section of the deposited layer deteriorates.

Gaponova D. A., Shcherbakov A. V., Sliva A. P., Gudenko A. V., Rodyakina R. V., Terentiev E. V., Goncharov A. L., Dragunov V. K. — Development of a system for stabilizing the temperature of the formed layer for the process of electron-beam additive shaping

The relevance of introducing systems for stabilizing the deposited layer temperature in the additive manufacturing to increase the reproducibility of the deposited layer transverse dimensions and physical and mechanical properties of the material of the formed product is shown. A hardware implementation version of a temperature stabilization system using an infrared thermometer (pyrometer) of the short-wavelength spectral range (1 μm) and a microprocessor controller is proposed. The results of experimental studies are analyzed based on a comparison of the oscillograms of input action signals (electron beam current) and output value — the temperature signal recorded by the pyrometer.
The characteristics of transverse macrosections of the obtained samples of multilayer products are compared.

Usov S. V., Shiganov I. N., Zhdanov A. V., Tochilin I. P., Mitrofanov A. N. — Metallophysical studies of surfaces during laser welding and laser cutting

The article considers the aspects of changing the metallophysical parameters of the surface layer, as well as the roughness and size of the surface layer, which are formed by laser technological methods and combined based on laser radiation. Laser welding modes are optimized according to the crack resistance criterion; the phase composition in the zone of thermal influence during laser cutting can change not only due to internal structural transformations, but also under the influence of external factors. Combined combinations based on laser radiation provide the formation of a plot of compressive stresses with the growth of the latter by 30...45 %; an increase in hardness by 40...50 %; a decrease in roughness by 5...6 %. All these studies have ensured the introduction of the considered laser methods into the production cycle.

Leonov A. V., Voznesenskaya N. M., Tonysheva O. A., Popov K. N. — Study of the influence of welding on the properties of a strip made of 97NL-VI alloy

The possibility of manufacturing a thin strip of nickel-beryllium alloy grade 97NL-VI by the method of roll rolling is determined. Various modes of plasma-arc welding of specimens from cold-rolled strip of 97NL-VI alloy were studied. The microstructure of samples after various modes of plasma-arc welding has been studied.
The quality of welded specimens was assessed by non-destructive control method. The mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield strength, relative elongation and microhardness) of welded samples of thin cold-rolled strip are determined.

PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGEMENT. STANDARDIZATION. ORGANIZATION OF PRODUCTION

Zhukov V. V., Sumburov S. A. — Quality assurance of materials, semi-finished products and purchased components used by organizations of the rocket and space industry in the production of rocket and space technology products

The article deals with the issues of ensuring the quality of rocket and space technology products carried out at the stage of input control of the materials used and purchased components, as well as the issue of auditing suppliers of products. These issues in the process of manufacturing products show an important impact on the production of quality products and improving the stability of the quality of products.
At the same time, the input control of the received materials and purchased components is aimed at identifying low-quality products and excluding its use in the production process. The objectives of the supplier audit are to conduct an on-site inspection of supplier enterprises to analyze the quality of the products supplied, based on the results of which an independent assessment and possible measures aimed at improving the products are formed. The implementation of these measures by enterprises that are part of the Roscosmos State Corporation is systematic and is aimed at ensuring the quality of the manufactured end products of the RCT and improving their reliability.
