WELDING, RELATED PROCESSES AND TECHNOLOGIES

Khalimov A. A., Zharinova N. V. — High-temperature thermal process technology optimization of the welded joints from chromium heat-resistant steels

It is shown that application of the welding practices with heat cycle control as a result of concomitant forced cooling optimizes the technology of further heat treatment at manufacturing oil and gas chemical equipment from the heat-resistant chromic steels, alloyed by the steady carbide-forming additives. It is established that at further solid thermal processing under conditions of high-temperature tempering the most equilibrium structural state of the welds’ characteristic areas and high indices of viscous-plastic properties are obtained.

Brailov I. G., Androsov S. P., Ivantey O. V. — Length of an evolvent, expressed by parametric vector function

A calculation problem of an evolvent area length of the gear tooth profile is considered. A dependence to determine length of the evolventexpressed by a parametric vector function is established. Comparative analysis results of suggested pocedure and the standard one providing application of a special function of involute are given.

Oleynik A. V., Lukashev Ye. A., Poserenin S. P. — Statistical failure distribution, generated by kinetics of damage accumulation in the components' material

A computer programme is developed which calculate parameter values using results of statistical fracture low-cycle fatigue tests of the steel samples, steel shaft bending test at rotation, ect. It is shown that identical failure distribution may be approximated by the equations of the damage accumulation mathematical model with different kinetic parameter points.
Key words: mathematical model, reliability theory, damages, material, component

Baraev A. — Investigation of the wave processes in the coiling flexible coupling at dinamic load

Waves, arising in the coiling flexible oupling (CFC), are investigated. It is shown that there are three wave types occurring under dynamic load in the CFC: two waves are longitudinal-and-torsional and they propagate along the CFC, and one waveis transverse. It is established that depending on the CFC lay direction the longitudinal-and-torsional waves may either untwist or twist it supplementary and determine its deflected mode.

METROLOGY AND MEASUREMENT ASSURANCE

Rogov V. A., Koroliov D. A. —Analysis of the aircraft shell geometry inspection method

Contact and noncontact methods of measurement of the double-curvature products’ geometry are considered, using aircraft fairing as an example. Attained accuracy analysis, merits and demerits of each method are given. Sequence of measurement conduction and methods of measuring directly on the processing equipment are covered. Measuring devices analogues of the foreign companies are described.
