Research results of the binary filler (carbon fibre + magnesium nanospinel) influence on the polytetrafluoroethylene properties are covered. It is shown that obtained materials are distinguished by high wear resistance.

Ragrin N. A. — Physical analogue of wear dependence at drilling

A wear dependence model allowing determination of causes of extreme operating time dependences before functional failure occurs on the cutting rate at carbon structural steel processing is given. The model is the base of the analysis of physical processes on construct contact surfaces of fast-cutting spiral drills. It is shown that maximum durability of the spiral drills is conditional on equipollent influence of flanks and margins wear on tool workability loss.

Konischeva O. V., Sinenko Ye. G., Bryukhovetskaya Ye. V. — Gripping attachments for process equipment autoloading

The description and principle of operation of vortex jet gripping device for automatic employment of technological equipment are presented. The results of experimental research in exhaustion area in the points of the device contact with a flat object are given. The results of ascensional power calculation on the basis of measurement depending on the gap between surfaces of the device and plate are introduced.

A limiting state automatic control method of interlocking face carbide mills cutting edges at part processing on automated machine-tool equipment is considered. Experimental check results of the suggested method are given; monitoring system construction methodology of the NC-controlled milling process is set forth.

This article describes the theory of two-axle connection the example of determining the radius of the landing surface of the shaft — bushing, which is the basic condition of contact surfaces of the shaft seat and the hole plugs, provided via the power circuit. Also formulated four specific tasks when selecting the values of the radii of two-axle shaft seating surface in a biaxial joint.

Khodina A. I. — Mathematical simulation of the service parts claim flow for road building machinery repairs

Road-making machines failure kinds and what caused them are considered. It is noted that actual data is to be taken into account when using apparatus of queuing theory to solve problems of timely spares backing. Procedure of statistical data collection and processing is given. Least square method application for deriving a mathematical claim flow model for road-making machines spares is shown.

A developed FMEA algorithm of the "maintenance service of process equipment" processing in manufacturing enterprises functioning in the territory of RF is given. The process is structured into subprocesses, a list of potential breaches is compiled, causes of their origin and possible consequences; effect of each breach on functioning of interrelated elements of other levels and of the process in toto is studied.
