Kopaev B. V., Andreeva L. P., Ovchinnikov V. V., Nikishkina O. V. — Influence of the thickness of the brazed seam in the lap joint on the nature of its deformation under load

For an lap joint made of low-carbon steel with a thickness of 1 mm, brazed with tin, with an overlap of 6 mm, the absolute value of the critical thickness of the weld is established, at which the nature of plastic deformation in the brazed joint changes. When the thickness of the weld is less than the critical value, the deformation of the weld begins before the process of failure, and at the thickness of the more critical value, the deformation of the seam begins long before the process of failure. The nature of the development of deformation determines the nature of the destruction of the brazed joint in the first case, it should be considered conditionally brittle, in the second — ductile.

In the work, experimental studies were carried out aimed at the implementation of the process of soldering PKV-460 piezoceramics with a quick-hardened aluminum-based solder.
It is shown that for soldering PKV-460 piezoceramics it is expedient to use aluminum solder Al—29.5 Ge—3.9 Si wt.% (CTEMETTM 1502) due to the formation of oxides, both the base and alloying elements. The process of soldering a piezo-column in conventional tooling and graphite tooling has been worked out.

Based on the experimental data obtained by M. Kh. Shorshorov, the results of the implementation are presented and the validity of using a new theoretical approach to assessing the structure parameters, such as phase composition, grain size and the level of non-equilibrium state during austenization, is substantiated.

Pavlov A. P., Natalenko V. S., Latypov R. A. — Calculation and experimental evaluation of the thickness of the coating obtained by electrocontact welding of a metal woven mesh onto bronze parts

A computational and experimental evaluation of the thickness of the coating obtained by electrocontact welding of a metal woven mesh on bronze parts has been carried out. It is shown that the coating thickness of the considered metal woven meshes, obtained by calculation, correlates quite well with the coating thickness obtained experimentally at optimal parameters of the electrocontact welding mode.

Barabanova O. A., Sergeeva S. A. — Approach to the development of technology for diffusion welding of a single crystal of silicon with nickel

Monocrystalline silicon is widely used in the electronics and instrumentation industries, however, due to its inherent brittleness, it is one of the most difficult materials to obtain reliable connections. The complexity of obtaining a diffusion compound of nickel with silicon lies in the large number of intermediate phases formed and the volumetric changes associated with this, therefore, the development of technology is a complex and very difficult task, the solution of which is associated with the development of a model for obtaining concentration profiles depending on time at known and constant temperature and pressure in the system.

Poletaev Yu. V., Shchepkin V. V. — Methodology for assessing the tendency of welded joints to cracks during heat treatment

In the manufacture of NPP equipment, steel 10GN2MFA is used, the welded joints of which are prone to the formation of cracks during heat treatment (THT). In this regard, the development of methods for assessing and practical ways to prevent the formation of TTO in welded joints of steel 10GN2MFA is a solution to the urgent problem of improving the quality and operational reliability of welded structures of nuclear power plants.

Vasiliev P. A., Shvedov M. A., Khristoforov O. V., Grigoriev V. S. — Technology of friction stir welding of products from aluminum alloy AD31

Shows the results of research work on the technology of friction stir welding of aluminum alloy 6033. The modes of welding are found experimentally. Elements of typical electric drives and main structural units were produced. A variant of real-time control of the welding process is proposed. The influence of post-welding heat treatment on the strength properties of the welded joint is investigated. Tests of welding tools made of Stellite 6 alloy by direct laser application have been carried out.

The article considers the development and practical implementation of a highly efficient method of laser alloying using broadband heating of the surface by a scanning beam or a rectangular spot, with the introduction of powder materials through a slotted nozzle over the entire molten surface. The alloying of the surface layer of 20Kh steel was studied using a high-carbon metal powder based on iron with the addition of chromium and vanadium.
