Korobeynikov S. N., Babkin A. S. — Structure formation investigation and modelling of the low-alloy steels thermal action zones

Mathematical models of the welding source of heat and supercooled austenite structural transformations, allowing for calculating structural and phase composition in the thermal action zones of the low-alloy steels welded joints accurately enough for the practical applications are suggested.

Bulychiov V. V., Zezyulya V. V. — Electrocontact wire welding with roller retardation

Increase enable of the wire axial deformation and of strength of joining welded wire to a component at the expense of the roller rotation retardation at the invariable values of the other welding conditions, specifically of the welding heating cycle force and duration, are shown and i substantiated.

Structural and chemical changes are considered at contact of some coating materials and sodium-potassium or sodium liquid glass solutions. Behavior and phase composition of stock mix for the welding electrode coating ingredients are determined by the methods of thermal and roentgen phase analyses.

Research results of the OT4-1 alloy samples, simulating three-layered honeycomb sandwich constructions, are covered. It is established that the factor, influencing on the welding process and on the diffusive junction quality, is thicknesses of the skin and filler materials ratio.
