The growth kinetics of micropores in the selective laser alloying (SLA) AlSi10Mg over a wide range of annealing temperatures and micropores influence on the density and mechanical properties change of the initial alloy are considered. The possibility of a significant controlled increase of the ductility and toughness is noted.

Arbuzov М. О., Nekrasov А. Ya., Sobolev А. N., Rivkin А. V. — Features of shaft — hub joints with the ability to operational adjust the position of the part fixed on the shaft

Traditional ways of details fastening on the shaft with the opportunity of small axial regulated displacement with analyses of their shortcomings are examined. Constructions for reliable fastening of details on the shaft in combination with opportunity of operational regulation of their axial position are proposed. In these constructions the attachment of parts on the shaft is carried out by means of two tapered conic bushings.

Melnikov P. V., Startsev V. N., Gezha V. V., Markova Yu. M. — The formation features of welded joints at vertical laserarc welding of low-alloy steels

In this article, the technology features of vertical laser-arc welding of large-sized structures made of high-strength low-alloy steel with alternating gap with large root face are considered. The regime parameters of vertical laser-arc welding of the root run of low-alloy steel 30—40 mm thick with 10 mm root face (welding speed, amplitude and frequency of transverse oscillations, welding current, arc voltage, laser power) enabling to formation of a quality welded joint are established. It is established that the laser radiation power required to ensure through fusion penetration of root face depends on the thickness of the base metal: for a metal thickness of 14—30 mm, 3,8 kW is sufficient, for a thickness of 40 mm, not less than 4,6 kW for fusion penetration to a depth of 5 mm. Welded joints have a finely dispersed needle structure of a martensitic-bainite type. The results obtained allow to create a welding technology for low-alloy steels with various thicknesses through the use of robotics means.

Tyuftyaev A. S., Ilichev M. V., Yusupov D. I., Lunin М. А. — Effect of plasma surface hardening on the wear resistance of steel 20Ѕ13

Metallographic and frictional studies of the surface layer of 20X13 steel hardened by the plasma method were carried out. This steel is used, in particular, for manufacturing the shell of an in-tube defectoscope. To determine the optimal hardening conditions for each article, the influence of technological parameters (processing speed, gas flow rate and heating power) on the structural-phase state and, physical and mechanical properties of the obtained layers was studied [2—5] with the determination of their frictional characteristics. The obtained indices are compared with indices of other popular constructional materials. The comparison showed a relative high wear resistance of the surface layer of 20X13 steel hardened by the plasma method.

Matveev I. A., Yamnikov A. S., Yamnikova О. А. — The technology influence of the sections manufacturing of hollow axially symmetric housings on the beating of base end faces beating

The influence of the technological scheme and the basing and fixing schemes on the accuracy of the relative position of the final machined base surfaces of sections of prefabricated bodies, which are hollow bodies of revolution with a complex axial section, is investigated. It is established that the end beats of the sections are distributed according to the Rayleigh law and fit within the redistribution of the tolerance field. The schemes of basing on operations of joint processing of centering thickenings for one installation in the chuck and back center of the lathe are described, as well as schemes for processing the complex of internal surfaces of threaded half-locks, including boring of the surface for threading and landing belts, threading and trimming of the end, which ensures the assembly of products The absence of a gap in the joint of the pipe sections, which was observed when using sheet forgings as initial blanks. The change in the processing scheme of the base centering thickenings and ends is substantiated by the joint processing on the expansion mandrel when basing on the treated inner surfaces.

Kim V. A., Samar E. V., Yakubov Ch. F. — Mathematical modeling of chip formation when turning a titanium alloy

Mathematical modeling of deformation process of free orthogonal cutting of a titanic alloy of BT22 by means of the program DEFORM-2D complex is executed. It is shown that plastic deformation when cutting metals consistently covers all large-scale structural levels and comes to the end with formation of the mesostructural fragmented element of shaving defining its type and dynamics of process of cutting. Recurrence of a process of formation of shaving is put in deformation process and connected with accumulation of elastic energy of deformation and dumping of this energy during plastic shift. Accumulation of elastic energy of deformation is followed by expansion of a zone of distribution of a field of tension, and plastic shift — sharp narrowing of a field of tension and increase of a gradient of tension.

The article considers the actual problem of improvement of personnel policy at the enterprises of the RCP. In the context of increased competition on the world market of space rocket services, there is an objective need for fundamental reform of the industry and solve the accumulated problems caused by including non-professional approach to the peculiarities and specific features of the products of the RCP, the success of the solution which is the organization's constant search for new (non-traditional) organizational and technical solutions. Development and implementation of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of personnel management, based on a thorough analysis of the existing system of personnel management at the enterprises of the industry considering the requirements of identifying gaps and opportunities, as well as with the requirements of the latest trends in talent management and the specifics of the development of enterprises, are one of the key tasks in the successful achievement of strategic sectoral objectives to achieve and maintain a strong leadership position in creating a competitive aerospace hardware.
