Khorev A. I. — Microalloying theory and practice of the pseudo-α- and α+β-titan alloys with rare earth metals, zirconium, hafnium and rhenium

Data are adduced on the basis of which more effective increase of mechanical properties at a microalloying of pseudo-α and α+β-titanic alloys with zirconium or hafnium is established and scientific substantiated. Limits of an effective microalloying are established.

BLANK PRODUCTION

Rudskoy A. I., Kondratev S. Yu., Sokolov Yu. A. — Algorithm and technological processes of the powder parts synthesis through the electron ray in vacuum

The algorithm is developed and the technological operations sequence of powder details synthesis process by means of an electronic beam is proposed. The synthesis scheme by means of two electron beam guns providing new technological capabilities for receiving large-size products from multicomponent alloys is proposed. Influence of the synthesis managing program parameters by an electronic key on structural and phase transformations and synthesized product properties is indicated. It is shown that the developed synthesis technology allows to receive new materials with programmable structure and the specified properties from granules with various chemical composition, including granules of chemically active metals.

Soler Ya. I., Strelkov A. B., Kazimirov D. Yu. — Grinding workability valuation of the flat workpieces from corrosion-resistant steels through the grinding aerobor wheels on the grounds of surface roughness

The machinability of the flat parts from steel VNS-2 and VNS-5 was obtained with the statistic techniques towards the AEROBOR wheel grinding. This index is presented measures variation and mean of roughness plate. This article includes of the recommendations for increasing of the flat part quality.

Polkanov E. G., Abysov I. A., Starkov V. K., Ryabtsev S. A., Gorin N. A. — Effective application experience of the tool new economic modifications for profile deep grinding of the turbine blades

The article presents the results of field testing new modifications grinding wheels with high structure and porosity developed in MSTU "STANKIN", at profile deep grinding of turbine blades made of heat-resistant nickel alloys.
Comprehensive testing of prototypes and pilot batches of new abrasive tool on the most problematic operations of deep grinding, it was found that the efficiency of the wheels of the original composition is substantially outweighed the efficiency of the currently used domestic tool and is on par with the best foreign analogues.

MACHINE-TOOL AND CUTTING TOOLS PRODUCTION

Grishin Yu. A., Kuranov V. V., Malykh M. V., Gorbokonin N.V . — Research of the cutting tool coating for machining technology optimization of the gray irons SCh-20/25

The object of research was making a theoretical and practical model of relationship of temperature in a cutting zone of grey iron and coating material of the cutting tool.
There are temperature values of grey iron cutting carried out by two-cutter dynamic thermocouple method with use of cutters covered by TiN, ZrN, ZrTiN and without a covering, The calculations of temperatures values are executed using the Deform software at turning operation of grey iron feedwork. The received values of temperatures of cutting are correlated with the results received experimentally.
It is shown that TiN and ZrN coverings of cutting tool allows to reduce temperature in a cutting zone grey iron (and materials which properties are close to grey iron) in comparison with the tool without a covering or with ZrTiN combined covering.

TECHNOLOGIES FOR OBTAINING PERMANENT CONNECTIONS

Boldyrev A. M., Gushchin D. A., Grebenchuk V. G. — Titanium dioxide interaction with a welding bath at automatic flux welding of the steel 10HSND with metal-chemical addition

The article presents investigations of interaction between electrochemical additive and a welding bath at machine welding of the 10KhSND steel under a layer of flux AN-47. Introduction of titanium dioxide with metal grainer into the welding bath favours formation of inclusions with high-melting nitride-titanium sheath. This prevents microvoids and crack formation in the weld metal, 20—25 % raises impact toughness of the weld material.

Wire helix are used in particular, as a sensitive element (SE) in a portable handheld thermometers, gazoanalizato-tures, etc. devices with operating temperatures up to Jae 600 °C. By placing devices require-tion continuous operation without recharging the battery. One way to increase the duration of the work is to reduce the power consumption of the device as a whole and the SE in the cha-alia. Power consumption can be reduced, for example by reducing the wire diameter and the diameter of the SE.
