Saraev Yu. N., Bezborodov V. P., Perovskaya M. V., Semenchuk V. M. — Modification of the coating structure by using the T-590 and EN-60Ì electrodes on products from 09G2S, St.3 and 12Kh18N10T steels, during depositing in the mode of low-frequency current modulation

The paper studies the influence of the modes of arc welding electrodes T590 and EN-60M on the properties of coatings of unalloyed, low-alloy and alloy steels: St. 3, 09G2S, 12H18N10T.
The influence of electric arc influence on the structure, physical, mechanical and operational properties of coatings deposited with T590 and EN-60M electrodes was studied.
It is established that this modification allows to increase the uniformity of the structure of the deposited coatings, to grind it, to increase the hardness and corrosion resistance.
It was found that the application of the method of pulsed arc welding allows to keep the previously formed strengthening phases in the coatings deposited by the electrodes T-590 and EN-60M.

Mikhalchenkov A. Ì., Feskov S. À., Kozarez I. V., Torikov V. E. — The effect of thermal hardening and alternating operational loads of 65G steel on the microhardness of the area depositeds by a low-carbon electrodes

The distribution of microhardness in the cross section of the depositing region by a low-carbon electrode has a complex configuration, which is resulting from a variety of structural and phase components, the presence of elastic-plastic deformations, and the presence of preliminary thermal hardening of the base metal. The microhardness of the surface of the deposited metal is 410 Hv, which provides increased wear resistance of the friction surface. Operational alternating loading have not influence on the microhardness and structure of the deposited region.

Kudelina E. S., Vyatkin A. G. — An experimental study of the bearings wear with a spherical surface

The article discusses the impact of factors on the wearout of supports with a spherical surface. For a comprehensive evaluation of the wearout value, single-factor and full-factor experiments were planned and carried out. Their results made it possible to assess the degree of influence of each of the factors, and also to calculate the coefficients that allow us to determine the amount of wearout through a finite number of installations for their timely repair or replacement.

MATHEMATICAL MODELING, NUMERICAL METHODS, PROGRAM COMPLEXES

Kim V. A., Samar E. V., Yakubov Ch. F. — Mathematical modeling of the chip formation deformation processes during metal cutting

Plastic deformation of the cut layer is of a stage nature, associated with the accumulation of elastic energy of deformation in a certain volume and its discharge during plastic shear. The result of this process is the formation of a fragmented chip element.
Contact-friction interaction during metal cutting is also of a stage nature, associated with the formation of adhesion bonds and their destruction. This process determines the dynamics of development of the element in the formation of elemental chips.
In mathematical modeling of finite element metal, deformation hardening of the material is represented by a finite element mesh splitting algorithm. When the initial grid reaches a certain critical degree of distortion, the algorithm starts a new breakdown of the grid and a smaller cell. This procedure improves the elastic properties of the material and its modulus of plastic deformation, and this leads to an increase of the power parameters of the process of the chip formation, the change of position of the plane of shear and the instantaneous velocity of chip flow.
Dynamic processes of chip formation and contact-friction interaction determine dynamic disturbances in the technological system of machining. In this case, high-frequency disturbances are associated with the development of fragmented elements, and lowfrequency — with the element links of the chip.
