Golovkin P. A. — Improving the quality of bars from nickel-tungsten alloy NV5-VP, as a material for producing core of electric vacuum microwave cathodes

The article discusses technological solutions aimed at improving the quality of the material of rods from a special nickel-tungsten alloy NV5-VP. The composition and behavior of harmful low-melting impurities with limited solubility in nickel in the alloy are analyzed.
It is shown how the use of special modes of forging the initial ingot and further cold deformation of the forged billet make it possible to limit the residual gas evolution and sublimation of unwanted impurities into the working space and the poisoning of the cathode of an electric vacuum microwave device.

TECHNOLOGIES AND MACHINES FOR WELDING PRODUCTION AND RELATED PROCESSES

Barabanova O. A., Nabatchikov S. V. — Causes of residual stresses in a diffusion welded joint monocrystalline silicon-metal

For the process of diffusion welding, the prehistory of the parts to be welded is of great importance, all internal stresses accumulated in the process of all types of processing of these parts, and their evolution during thermal deformation processing in the process of diffusion welding. This knowledge becomes especially important in the development of technology for the manufacture of laminated composite materials (SCM) based on monocrystalline silicon through metal interlayers for gradient heat measurement. Silicon monocrystals obtained by the Czochralski method provide almost 80—90 % of monocrystalline silicon wafers, which is reflected in the number of studies carried out.

SPECIAL TYPES OF TECHNOLOGY

Ponomarev K. E., Strelnikov I. V., Antonov A. A., Utkin I. Yu. — Application of various methods of vibration treatment for angle welded joints made of steel 09G2S

Residual stresses and deformations formed as a result of arc welding can negatively affect the service characteristics of welded structures: the accuracy of geometric dimensions during machining and subsequent operation decreases, which complicates assembly, requires an increase in allowances for machining and increases the tolerance for product weight, as well as fatigue strength decreases, corrosion resistance decreases.
One of the progressive methods for regulating and eliminating residual stresses is vibration treatment, which consists in introducing periodic mechanical action into the welded structure. There are two main methods of vibration treatment, which differ in the time of its implementation: during welding and after its completion. The article considers the application of various methods of vibration treatment for angular welded joints made of 09G2S steel with an assessment based on the criteria of residual stresses, residual displacements, as well as technological characteristics and mechanical properties.

Buzauova T. M., Tlekbaeva D. K. — Development of a model of interaction of components of mixing elements of steels for the production of spline shafts

Alloyed steel is called, which, in addition to the usual impurities, contains alloying elements specially introduced in certain combinations (Cr, Ni, Mo, Wo, V, Ti, etc.), as well as Mp and Si in quantities exceeding their usual content as technological impurities (1 % and higher).Proper alloying of steels implies a strictly calculated and defined volume of alloying elements included in their composition. As a rule, complex alloying provides the best properties. In this article, a model of interaction of components of a mixture of alloy steels for spline shafts is proposed, and the results of interaction of steel components affecting the physical and mechanical properties of the material are revealed.

Krotov D. M. — Methodology and program of technological experiment with obtaining sintered samples from titanium alloy

To date, a relatively small number of studies have been conducted to study the mechanisms of interaction between individual components in MIM-Ti systems. Using infrared spectroscopy with Fourier transform and calorimetric measurements, the study of molecular interactions during injection molding of ceramics using a mixture of natural Carnauba wax (CW, KV) and polyethylene glycol (PEG, PEG) was carried out. The analyses showed the presence of specific interactions between the low molecular weight components of the mixture. The study studied the interaction of synthetic wax (CB) with PEG, which showed that the components of the CB/PEG mixture have a greater mutual influence compared to the polymer mixture of CB/PEG. In the study, a PEG-based binding system was used for MIM-Ti technology.

Zhukov V. V., Sumburov S. A. — Quality assurance of materials, semi-finished products and purchased components used by organizations of the rocket and space industry in the production of rocket and space technology products

The article deals with the issues of ensuring the quality of rocket and space technology products carried out at the stage of input control of the materials used and purchased components, as well as the issue of auditing suppliers of products. These issues in the process of manufacturing products show an important impact on the production of quality products and improving the stability of the quality of products.
At the same time, the input control of the received materials and purchased components is aimed at identifying low-quality products and excluding its use in the production process. The objectives of the supplier audit are to conduct an on-site inspection of supplier enterprises to analyze the quality of the products supplied, based on the results of which an independent assessment and possible measures aimed at improving the products are formed. The implementation of these measures by enterprises that are part of the Roscosmos State Corporation is systematic and is aimed at ensuring the quality of the manufactured end products of the RCT and improving their reliability.

Mauergauz Yu. E. — Preparation of group production schedules for the metal sheet cutting section

The method of scheduling for the sheet cutting section is described, based on the simultaneous use of two criteria: the value of relative direct costs and the average utility of order fulfillment. The method is based on the application of the concept of production tension, which is the dynamic parameters of the production process. The influence of buffers on the operation of the site is considered. Orders at work centers and buffers can be split and combined. A package of application programs has been developed that allows planning for an average number of orders. The result of the program is a set of non-dominant (not improved) options that are offered to the user for making a final decision.
Key words: sheet cutting area, direct costs of order fulfillment, production tension, planning of the average number of orders
