Ragrin N. A., Ainabekova A. A., Dyikanbaeva U. M. — Development of the basics for improving the quality of holes processed with standard twist drills

The results of research are presented, which made it possible to develop and justify the conditions for processing parts from structural carbon steels with standard twist drills made of high-speed steel, which allow obtaining hole quality indicators corresponding to normal reaming, in order to significantly reduce the labor intensity of processing high-quality holes by eliminating several technological transitions after drilling. An empirical dependence of the cutting temperature on the cutting speed when drilling structural steels with twist drills made of high-speed steel has been developed. A similar effect of high and low cutting speeds on the ductility and rigidity of structural steels has been determined. The necessity of experimental studies of the effect of low cutting speeds on the quality of drilled holes is substantiated. The necessity of using standard drills made of high-speed steels of accuracy class A1 with two-plane sharpening of the cutting part is substantiated.

METAL SCIENCE AND HEAT TREATMENT

Nizhegorodov A. I. — Electric drum kiln for roasting bulk minerals

The article presents a new development — an electric drum kiln for roasting bulk minerals, which is distinguished by reliability and small dimensions, eliminating a number of shortcomings of its predecessors, kilns with vibrating hearth platforms, while maintaining the same energy efficiency.
The heat treatment time was determined using the example of firing a vermiculite concentrate and the volumetric productivity of a single drum module of such a furnace. An industrial two-drum electric furnace with a single drive of the dispenser and working drums with two "zero" modules using the exergy of underfired vermiculite grains is considered.

Kryuchina O. A., Shiganov I. N., Sadovnikov I. E. — Features of the energy characteristics of the light technological environment during laser and laser-arc processing of metals by fiber lasers

The article presents the features of the energy characteristics of the luminous medium with laser and hybrid laser-arc technological welding. It is shown that during the processing of laser radiation of various metal materials there are various spectra of the luminous medium — ultraviolet, infrared and visible radiation. The measurement results showed that the parameters of ultraviolet and infrared radiation during laser welding of aluminum alloys are higher than when welding steel samples. In hybrid laser-arc welding, high values of ultraviolet and infrared radiation predominate, while laser irradiation is practically absent. The protection against laser and related radiations are defined, which must be provided in the processes under consideration.

Yangirov I. F., Khalikov A. R., Karamov D. M. — Magnetoelectric sensor for non-destructive testing

The paper presents the original design of a magnetoelectric sensor for non-destructive testing (MADNA). A comparative analysis of the existing MADNCS in operation is made and the advantage in terms of technical and economic indicators is shown. A mathematical model is developed with further theoretical calculations and analysis of the obtained analytical expressions with graph-analytical images. Experimental studies were carried out on mock-up physical samples and the validity of the obtained theoretical results was established. It is shown about the prospects of implementing the initial design in flaw detection in the oil and gas industry.

Dronov E. A., Barakhov V. I. — Evaluation of the inhomogeneity of the distribution of residual stresses in the elementary cells of the cast iron section of the billet of the cylinder of a diesel engine using X-ray computed tomography

One of possible approaches is described to evaluate non-uniformity in distribution of residual stresses within specified cross-sections of cast iron unit cells in diesel engine cylinder blank, the approach is based on X-ray computational tomography. Particular example is given to study non-uniformity in distribution of residual stresses within cross-sections of cast iron unit cells among blanks for diesel engine cylinder produced by Tulamashzavod JSC.

Bildanov Rafik G., Bildanov Radiy G., Larin S. N. — Practical implementation of planning algorithms

The article discusses the issues of solving problems of reducing the labor intensity of production operations of production processes of electrochemical production, by using a case approach, which is represented by detailed structures of precedents, as well as a methodology for forming minimum values of labor intensity. The developed complex of automation tools performs the following functions: on the basis of the functional-operational model, we select the means of production; on the basis of a system of precedents, we minimize labor intensity; we form a route map with a minimum number of improvements.
