Kolomeychenko А. V., Kuznetsov I. S. — The erosion investigation of amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys with spark alloying

The article shows that the chemical composition of amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys considered in this work should promote the performance increasing of electrospark alloying and microhardness of electrospark coatings. Empirical dependences of mass transfer are obtained, which can be used for electrospark coatings 30...36 μm thick with electrodes from amorphous alloys types 84KXSR, 2NSR, 82N7XSR and nanocrystalline alloy type 5BDSR, with the following modes of electrospark alloying: U0 = 0...80 V, C = 56 μF, I = 12.5...17.5 A, f = 100 Hz. Summarized information obtained from the results of the performed researches is given for using amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys considered in the work as electrode materials when deposition of the hardening electrospark coatings.

The manufacture of composite products by winding requires the use of special tooling — forming mandrels, which should provide the geometry and shape of the internal configuration of the product, have sufficient strength at compressive loads from the wound tape composite, do not bend under its own weight, easy to remove after curing products, have a smooth and smooth surface, provide for the installation of embedded elements. In this regard, there are a number of features in the design and use of forming mandrels for the production of products from polymer composite materials by winding.
Sand-polymer mandrels are widely used as forming mandrels. To meet the requirements for mandrels, it is necessary to predict the properties of sand-polymer mandrels with different composition.

Rogov V. А., Zhed О. V. — The stress-strain state of the rings from the clamping forces in the technological accessories

The paper studies the loss of the accuracy of the shape of the contour of the hole in the sleeve and the annular shape of the parts due to elastic deformations from the clamping forces after processing and subsequent detachment. At the stages of physical experiments, optical models of ring analogues were studied using photomechanics, which fit into the contours of parts of different stiffness as its supporting part, for example, gear rivets, connecting rod heads, small parts of gas turbine engines, for example, turbines. Based on the results of the study, recommendations are given on the choice of tooling.

By modern technological processes to produce welded tubes for pipelines we use of ten technological methods of expanding. Such plastic deformation considerable increases exactness of tubes. Process of plastic deformation and methods of determine necessary forces are considered. Improvement of technology process, which decreases influence of accidental factors is proposed.

Serov А. V., Serov N. V. — Setting and evaluation of the kinematic parameters at electrocontact stud

The quality of coatings obtained in the manufacture, hardening and restoration of machine parts is determined by many factors, including the modes of the technological process.
Electrocontact stud is a rather complicated technological process on aspects such as the number of factors influencing its behavior and, as a result, the quality and properties of the obtained coatings. The presence of universal design formulas for determining the technological parameters of electrocontact stud will significantly simplify the complexity of preparation and, as a consequence, the process of producing coatings by this method. Analytical calculation dependencies were obtained for the setting and assessment the kinematic parameters of the electrocontact stud mode: welding speed, pulse time, feed roller electrodes (parts), pause time between welding current pulses and overlap factors between adjacent points in a row and between stud rows.

Nebolsin V. А., Spiridonov B. А., Svaykat N. А. — The surface electrochemical modification of the titanium grade VT6 in ethylene glycol electrolyte

The surface layers of nanoporous titanium dioxide with an ordered tubular structure are obtained by electrochemical anodizing of the surface titanium grade VT6 in an electrolyte based on ethylene glycol in the presence of fluoride ions. The effect of electrolysis modes on the process of chemical and structural modification of the titanium surface and the electrochemical behavior of titanium in various media is studied. It has been established that an ordered nanotube structure of TiO2 on the surface of titanium VT6, consisting of HT with diameters of 80—90 nm is formed at electrochemical anodizing in an electrolyte based on ethylene glycol in the presence of fluoride ions. It is shown that in aqueous solutions 1 M of electrolytes Na2SO4, NaCl, HCl, NH4F for titanium, the greatest displacement of potential-time curves in the negative region is observed in an NH4F solution, which is due to the activating effect of F-ions on the titanium surface and the possible formation of a stable complex [TiF6]2–. It is established that the intensity of the pore formation of the titanium VT6 anodic films is influenced by current density, electrolysis duration and medium acidity, and the most ordered nanotubular structure of oxide films is formed in ethylene glycol electrolyte containing 1 % NH4F and 2 % H2O.

Theoretical analysis of information characteristics of input signals, and electronic methods of processing, optimal from the point of view of reducing the cost of creating a remote computing system. A comparative analysis of the signals before and after conversion. Identified the minimum operations to transform the signal required for reliable determination of defect. Considered a developed system of vibration diagnostics and vibration measuring device diagnostic. The statistical analysis of series of diagnostic data. Received General population, which is described using mixtures of Weibull distributions. Based on the results of a quantitative assessment of the condition of axle equipment wheel set considered. It is assumed that the classifier quality bearings wheel set node. Distributions of Weibull mixtures is described taking into account estimates of the parameters by the method of mean squared error between the theoretical and empirical distribution. A function of the minimum value takes a value equal to 0,004.

Kolosov S. P. — Improving the performance of SCADA-systems, through the intellectualization of software and hardware solutions

The paper discusses an approach to improving the reliability and overall performance of automated dispatching systems, including oil and gas main pipelines containing pumping and other technological and diagnostic equipment. For the purpose of preventing accidents during the transportation of oil and gas products is proposed an intellectualization method of SCADA-systems with research and development of functions based on IDA (intellectual data analysis) methods, implementation in MDMS (means for decision-making support) and integration with other software and hardware control means on the basis of microcontroller solutions.

AUTOMATION OF THE TECHNOLOGY PROCESS TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCTION, CAD

Baranov N. E., Feofanov A. N. — Management of changes in the CAM production: research problematics

The article deals with the use of ERP-systems in production plants at the present time. Based on the analysis of foreign and Russian experience, the reasons for the failure of implementing ERP-systems in industrial enterprises are revealed. It is shown that these reasons can be eliminated only by dynamically adapting the architectures of existing automated control systems to the emerging conditions due to mutual compensation or addition of the characteristics of some elements of the ERP-systems structures by the characteristics of other elements or by the relationships between them. The necessity of the development of a technique allowing ensuring the balance of the characteristics of the automated control system taking into account the resource constraints and the expected operating conditions is substantiated.

Zharkevich О. М., Buzauova Т. М. — The quality level evaluation of the centrifugal pumps manufacturing

Defect ratios are used to assess the level of quality of manufacture of centrifugal pumps, The statistical data of centrifugal pumps defects for the period 2016—2018 are presented. The article presents the calculation of the defect ratio taking into account the weighting factors and the number of defects. It is recommended to use a synthetic elastomeric cold spray coating to reduce the wear of the main parts of centrifugal pumps.
