Khorev A. I. — Fundamental and applied works on thermal and thermomechanical treatment of titanium alloys for machine building 

Fundamental and applied work on thermal and thermomechanical treatment of titanium alloys is carried out. Methods, diagrams, temperature and deformation modes of thermal and thermomechanical processing of alloys: VT18U, VT38, VT23, VT23-1, VT43, VT43-1, VT19, VT19-1, etc. are adduced. The main directions of reducing energy consumption, labor intensity, and the cost of manufacturing structures with a simultaneous increase in their reliability are proposed. 250 technological processes for the production and use of titanium alloys, protected by patents and copyright certificates, are developed.

Yu. — The properties investigation of the deposited metal and clad joint obtained at electroslag deposition of a homogeneous single-layer anticorrosive coating on the inner surface of the pipes for the main circulation pipeline of the NPP

The certification tests of cladded metal properties have been carried out to introduce the materials and technology of electroslag overlaying process of homogeneous single layer corrosion resistant cladding (HSLCRC) on inner pipe surfaces with a diameter of 850 mm and 990 mm. The cladded metal has been obtained by a few cladding material combinations. Chemical composition of cladded metal; ferrite phase content in cladded metal; chromium, nickel, niobium spreading in height and in the beads overlapping zone of the HSLCRC have been researched. The influence of the cladding material combinations and of the heat treatment on the stability of the cladded metal against intergranular corrosion has been studied. Additionally the bending tests of the cladded metal were carried out. The nature of microhardness change of the cladded metal has been studied. Also the microstructure research-es of the cladded metal in different areas have been done.

Modern mechanisms that transform uniform rotary motion into reciprocating, have a significant imperfection — unevenness translational movement, both direct and reverse.
This is not permissible in the operation of mechanisms that must carry out a controlled uniform translational movement of the output link, in particular, in the operation of mechanisms that carry out transverse movements of the electrode during wide-layer depositoion or in the operation of a machine tool. The article presents the kinematic and power calculations of the five-link crank mechanism, in which the uniform translational direct movement of the crank is set by the "closed uniform" line, which eliminates the indicated drawback.

Application technique of ultiasonic inspection technologies in process of aircraft engine PS-90A manufacturing The possibility of single crystal gas-turbine blades inspection with contact laser ultrasonic evaluation (CLUE) and high frequency scanning acoustic microscopy. Ultrasonic testing with the use of phased arrays with piezoelectric transducers allowed revealing the real of a crack type, 0.5 mm in size.

Garina I. O. — Methodical approach to the development of a blockchain structure of a digital twin of a product in mechanical engineering 

The specifics are considered and the basic requirements for digital twins of machinebuilding products and their production processes are formulated. An approach to the implementation of the concept of a digital twin in machine-building using decentralized data warehouses and smart contracts based on blockchain technology has been substantiated.
Organizational and technical solutions for the development of a blockchain structure of a digital twin of a product in machine-building are proposed.

Interaction of system resources in the elementary labour certificate from a synergetics position is considered. It is shown on examples of interaction of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the resources involved. With reference to the basic existing concepts of mechanical engineering technology their new synergetics descriptions are given.

Petrov P. Yu. — Social consequences of technological progress 

The article describes a model of structuring society based on social security of technological processes of social production. A functional description of the relationship between the number of social groups depending on the technological development of society and social perception of the quality of life, which is determined by the relationship between the values of labor productivity and the rate of consumption is considered. It is shown that various types of social conditions are determined by the presence and size of the "non-technological" group, i.e. that part of society that is not associated with the implementation of technological processes of social production.
