The article presents a review of current problems of design and development of effective control and measuring devices of machine-tool systems. It points out the possibility of a fundamentally different approach to the development of sensors used in control and measuring devices in the form of products of functional electronics — intelligent sensors with frequency output.

The article deals with the issue of increasing the accuracy of contouring while increasing the productivity of the production of aircraft parts. The possibility of using the advantages of new materials of the cutting part of the tool is significantly limited by the increase in the error caused by the dynamic errors of the control system for the movement of the actuators of the technological equipment. An approach is proposed to reduce the error by automating the control of dynamic error values.

Lukin M. A., Byleev A. S., Zavyalov S. K., Pismenny A. A. — Features of friction stir welding of aluminum alloy AD1 on a universal vertical milling machine 6V11

The article considers the possibility of friction stir welding of parts made of aluminum alloys on a 6V11 vertical milling machine. To determine the optimal welding mode, mechanical tests of the welded samples, as well as metallographic studies, were carried out. The design of the tool for FSW has been developed, the possibility of welding of stable quality, up to 80 % of the static strength of the base metal, at a right angle between the axis of rotation of the tool and the direction of the feed rate of parts has been shown.

One of the most important and significant issues on the issue under consideration is the creation of oxygen concentration monitoring sensors with a minimum time to enter the measurement mode. A comparative study of various solutions to this issue is given in this article.

The article discusses the features of using the Cmax criterion in relation to tasks of operational scheduling (OCS) in mechanical engineering, in contrast to scheduling theory, gives recommendations on its use, and also considers the inconsistency of using pull and push strategies, which can be represented in the OCS using directives product release dates.
