Nosov S. I., Starchenko E. G., Polovnev G. A. — Materials and welding technology improvement of the heterogeneous welding joints from austenite and perlite steels

For the first hardfacing layer on the edges of low-alloy steels during execution of welded joints with steel 08KH18N10T materials have been developed on the basis of ve compositions HN (electrodes brand CL-25L, wire SV-HN), is in charge of maintaining the weld metal with low carbon content and the specified level, the content of the ferritic phase (2—5 %). This achieves the required performance technologies in welding and health austenitic-ferritic weld metal:
— resistance against the formation of crystallization cracks;
— prevent the formation of structures containing highly rigid fragile components;
— prevention of signalizazii and, accordingly, embrittlement during vacations;
— mechanical properties and fatigue resistance in accordance with the requirements of PNAE G-7-002—86.

Eremin E. N., Losev A. S. — Powder wire for of staling faces surfacing of stop valves

A new flux cored wire based high chrome steel alloying system Fe—Cr—Ni—Mo—Mn—Si—Nb—Ti, compounds containing boron. Describes the structure of the deposited metal and composition hardening phases. The role of borides in improving wear resistance and stability properties of the metal during surfacing.

Matvienko V. N., Leshchinskiy L. K., Mazur V. A. — Formation of macro heterogeneous compositions in surfacing compound strip electrode under flux

The results of the mathematical model of the influence of the gap between the central and lateral strips of the composite strip electrode on the shape and size of the welding pool using submerged arc surfacing are presented. The data in computational and experimental studies attributed to the formation of the single bead of deposited metal with heterogeneous composition and particular hardness profile is obtained.

Lastovirya V. N., Novokreshchenov V. V., Rodyakina R. V. — Substructure and crystallography formation of the tungsten single crystals welded joints

The experimental data about the structure, crystallography and properties of welded joints of tungsten single crystal plates with {100}〈100〉 and {100}〈110〉 orientation, made by means of electron beam welding at a speed of 5 to 95 m/hour, are shown in this work. The results of this work showed, that it is possible to obtain (by means of welding) such welding joints, in which the dislocation density in the weld metal and disorientation angles along sub-boundaries don’t exceed allowable values for the single crystal. The dependence of the mechanical properties of the weld metal from the welding parameters and forming substructure and crystallography of welded joint are shown.

Efimochkin I. Yu., Fedotov S. V., Rylnikov V. S., Afanasev-Khodykin A. N. — High-temperature solders obtained by mechanical alloying

As an alternative method of obtaining high-temperature solders, mechanical alloying was chosen and tested. The content of oxygen and its distribution in particle volume was measured in high-temperature solder powders obtained by mechanical alloying abd by atomization of melt. Refinement in hydrogen environment was tested as a mean to decrease the content of oxygen in powders obtained by mechanical alloying. The results of experimental soldering are described for solders obtained by mechanical alloying with or without subsequent refinement.

Sidyakin V. A., Lyuks D. I., Ponomarev K. E. — Low-pressure arc butt welding of the pipe adapter with 70 mm diameter from heterogeneous alloys AMg3+OT4

The basic technology elements of the low-pressure arc butt welding of the pipe adapter with 70 mm diameter from heterogeneous alloys AMg3+OT4 are developed. Welding was performed on the modernized "JOINT-3" using the improved method of welding in which on the arc, burning in the gap between the ends of welded pipes superposed transverse magnetic field. Facility is equipped with an arc inverter power source. Based on the formation conditions of the welded joints by welding-brazing scheme and the temperature limiting of the OT4 alloy ends by values 850—1000 °C wall thickness of pipe billets are selected and welding conditions are developed. The mechanical properties and microstructure of the welding joints are studied.

Strizhakov E. L., Neskoromny S. V., Merkulov R. V., Ageev S. O. — Methods classification and research of the high-voltage condensing welding

It is reported that high-voltage condenser energy storage welding with magnetic pulsed drive (HVCEW with M. P. D) had been successfully used for producing joints or the type "core—disk" from non-ferrous metals and alloys.
The classification of types of HVCEW with M. P. D was given. The results of HVCEW examinations, namely without forming a projection with open joint and with preliminary contact and forming a projection were stated.
The power and dimensions parameters were defined.
The hypothesis and recommendations on using HVCEW with M. P. D were suggested.

Ponomarev I. S., Krivonosova E. A., Gorchakov A. I. — Discharge dynamics study of the aluminum alloy D16 microarc oxidation

The microarc discharge features at microarc oxidation (MAO) of the aluminum alloy Dl6 are researched. Forming phases of the microarcs on the sample surface for work with regulated condensing power supply by the AC frequency of 50 Hz are shown by means of a high speed video filming.

At the present stage of economic development of the Russian state the special role is got by further improvement of methodology and the organization of accounting of intangible assets, and also management of results of intellectual activity.
In presented article one of problem questions of accounting — the accounting of intangible assets in economic societies is stated at scientific and educational institutions. The order of the accounting of objects of intellectual activity is considered when forming authorized capital of society, documentary registration of intangible assets by transfer to authorized capital of the organization, and also operation on creation of objects of intangible assets by directly economic society, and their influence at production, works, services on financial results of activity of the organization.
