Evgenov A. G., Sukhov D. I., Nerush S. V., Rogalev A. M. — Mechanical properties and structure of the alloy Ni-Cr-W-Mo-Al-Ti-Nb, produced by selective laser melting

An influence of SLS atmosphere (Ar or N2) on mechanical properties and a structure of Ni-based superalloyis considered. The sintering in Ar atmosphere is resulted in higher density of the material, with less quantity of cracks and pores. The investigation showed that sintered material after HIP and aging exceeds cast material in mechanical and creep properties regardless the atmosphere used. The material sintered in Ar atmosphere is characterized by higher mechanical properties, while the material sintered in N2 atmosphere is characterized by higher creep properties.
This fact can be explained by the strengthening of grain borders with ultrafine CrN particles for material sintered in N2 atmosphere.

Influence of clamping forces on SIS ofthering gear hole contour beforeit’s processing on the internal grinder is modelled.

Rosinov A. Ya., Beskrovny A. Yu. — Working place complex provision with means for building slip assembly fulfilment

The article presents the technical characteristics of the means of assembly such as the assembly of the wedge and screw clamps. Specifications of mechanization hydraulic assembly fluidly and pneumomechanical drive is shown. The duration graphs of the implementation assembly jig using funds characterized by different power-driven actions are presented. Nomogram of the effective scope of these tools is given. The scheme of the instrumental and transport containers for the packaging arrangement and delivery to work places of the slip assembly different means are represented too.

In order to protect the coating metal from oxidation during the plasma powder coating an option of process with input of gas forming addition of sodium fluoride is tested. An influence of process parameters and of addition rate on the geometry of coated layers of nickel-chromium and chromo manganese alloys during their formation.

The investigations of machine surfacing processes or heat and wear-resistance ironaluminum intermetallic alloys have been undertaken. It has been established that arc surfacing with spray aluminum transfer provides stability of surfacing process and stability of overlays chemistry and reduces their forming time. For providing of overlays formation with optimal chemistry and running ability, it was suggested to surface with aluminum wire first and then steel electrode wire.

Pilyugin S. O., Lunin V. P. — The probability curve determination of the planar defects detection in the welding joints at ultrasonic inspection

The article is devoted to the ultrasonic control of the welded joints in the aerospace industry.
The control case of planar defects, such as faulti fusion and cracks in the root of penetration by using the inclined converter is considered. The calculating methodology of the defect detection probability curve (POD) by using the numerical simulation of ultrasonic inspection procedures, taking into account preventing factors is proposed in the paper. The finite element model is developed, 441 control case of various sizes slots at the converter input corners of 45°, 55° and 65° is modeled.
According to the numerical experiments results curves POD are calculated.

AUTOMATION OF THE TECHNOLOGY PROCESS TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCTION, САПР

Moskvin V. K. — Dynamic characteristics influence of industrial robot at the "loading-unloading" operations automation of the CNC machine tools

The paper deals with the automation of operations "loading—unloading" in the CNC by means of industrial robots. It was noted that determining the load for driving the industrial robot when loading products in the machines is inertial load, which manifests itself in the areas of acceleration and deceleration. On the basis of this study indicated the relevance of the dynamic characteristics of the drive. A mathematical model of a linear stepper electrohydraulic of industrial robots, allowing to investigate the behavior of the drive in the dynamic mode. Compiled structural model of the drive.
As a result of theoretical investigations revealed the nature of dependencies basic drive parameters by the parameters of the working fluid inlet impact load and other factors. We present the conclusions of the work done.

Starostin N. P., Ammosova O. A. — The cooling process modelling at the butt welding of polyethylene pipes by low temperatures conditions

A method of the polyethylene pipes welding at low temperatures without preliminary heating and with cooling of the the welded joint in the heat insulating chamber is considered. According to the results of the process mathematical modeling the determining methodology of the heat insulating chamber demensions and the overhang length of the heated pipe region to ensure the required quality of the welded joint is proposed.
