Saraev Yu. N., Lunev А. G., Kiselev А. S., Gordynets А. S., Semenchuk V. М. — Research of the current type effect and its modulation algorithm on the performance of welded joints 

The article presents the results of research to find effective welding solutions in the conditions of residual magnetization of products. It is shown that one of the options for eliminating the disturbing action of the external magnetic field can be the use of rectangular alternating current. At the same time, low knowledge of the influence of the current type on the operational properties of the welded joints requires additional research, analysis and development of recommendations for the practical application of the proposed method in industrial production.

Oryshchenko А. S., Utkin Yu. А., Vovchenko N. V., Sharapov M. G. — Mechanical properties at high temperatures, the structure and metal phase composition of the welded joints for cast heat-resistant alloy 50Х32N43V5С2B2, received by using argon-arc welding

Research of the welded joints for the 50Х32N43V5С2B2 alloy received by using argonarc welding with the application of filler material with basic composition 45Х35N45С2B (Thermanit 35/45 Nb rods) is carried out. Short-term mechanical properties of welded joints in the temperature range of 20...1100 °C, showing their compliance with the technical documentation requirements for radiant tubes of the hydrocarbons pyrolysis furnaces, are determined. As a result of long-term strength tests at 1000 °C during the 10,000 hours it was found that the welded joint metal has a higher time indices to failure than welded joints, including both the base metal and the welding joint. Researches of the tested samples make it possible to judge about the structural stability of the welded joint metal.
Researches have shown the possibility of using the developed welding technology at the manufacture of radiant tubes for pyrolysis furnace coils.

Shneerson V. Ya. — The influence features of some sizes of weld pool craters on the defect origin at defects forming of the seams type Humping

The paper contains estimation of conditions of Humping type weld defect formation depending on certain bath crater dimensions; gives the results of determination of the main bath crater dimensions when melting low-carbon and stainless steel plates 2.0—6.0 mm thick with an argon-arc torch. These results demonstrate significant influence of hydrodynamic phenomena on certain bath crater dimensions.

Pazilova U. A., Khlusova E. I., Melnikov P. V. — The influence of postwelding tempering on the heat-affected zone structure and properties for welded joints of high-strength low-carbon alloyed steels

The changes in the structure and properties in the heat-affected zone during the simulation of the welding thermal cycle and in real welded joints from high-strength steel in the process of postwelding tempering is investigated. The probable causes of the cracks formation in welded joints during postwelding tempering are determined.

Latypov R. A., Latypova G. R., Bulychov V. V. — Mathematical model for the calculating estimate of the joint relative strength at the nonfusion pressure welding of metals

The features that allowed evaluating the growth mechanism of the active centers density at increasing of the plastic deformation degree owning to thermal softening of the joined metals because of the multiple restructuring of dislocation fields are considered.

Sidlin Z. А. — Features of welding in different spatial positions at MAW 

The research materials of the electrodes welding-technological properties enabling to obtain the optimal formation of seams in different spatial positions with MAW are adduced. As a result of research, an indicator for the practical determination the possibility of optimal formation of seams in different spatial positions (seam reinforcement coefficient) is developed.

Skupov A. A., Panteleev M. D., Shcherbakov A. V., Shein E. A., Belozor V. E. — Laser welding of fuselage panels from aluminum V-1579 and aluminum-lithium V-1481 alloys

The laser welding technology parameters of new V-1579 (Al-Mg-Sc) and V-1481 (Al-Cu-Li) alloys were investigated. Weldability of such alloys was studied. Laser welding conditions and filler materials were selected to provide high weld ductility and impact strength. It was found that weld strength in regard to the parent material wasca. 0.8 for V-1481 alloy and ca. 0.9 for V-1579 alloy.
Structurally similar samples of welded fuselage panel were manufactured based on conducted research. Weld inspection was carried out.

Kurilkin V. V., Saykov I. V., Malakhov A. Yu., Shchukin A. S., Berdychenko A. A. — Research of the boundary structure for the bimetal compound steel 08Kh18N10T + vanadium VnPl-1 + titanium VT1-0 at the influence of explosion energy

The effectiveness of using a barrier layer of vanadium in a bimetallic composition consists of stainless steel 08Cr18Ni10T + vanadium VnPd-1 + titanium VT1-0 obtained by explosion welding meant to prevent the formation of an intermetallic interlayer under the effect of different temperatures was investigated. The evolution of the near-weld zone was investigated by analysis with scanning electron microscope of microsections from samples heated at 600, 700, 800 and 900 °C with 1, 3, 5 and 10 hours exposures. The researchesindicated that the barrier layer of vanadium reliably prevents mutual diffusion between steel and titanium at high temperatures, thus eliminating the formation of intermetallic compounds in the adjacent zone. The limit of the barrier layer effectiveness was determined.

Pisarenko О. V. — Features of training for RCP

The article is devoted to the problem of providing personnel for the rocket and space industry (RSI) in Russia. Possible ways of overcoming personnel problems in the RSI are suggested, based on the analysis of the specialists training in profile educational institutions, working conditions, socially significant issues, the state's interest, the internal capabilities of the industrial complex, taking into account the specifics of the RSI of Russia. The reasons for staff turnover, ways of eliminating them, development of scientific and engineering staff of the RSI, goals, priority directions, tasks of human resources development and training of specialized personnel for this industry are discussed.
