Bazdnikina E. A., Suchkov A. N., Sevryukov O. N., Samokhin A. V., Alekseev N. V., Fadeev A. A., Sinaisky M. A. — Comparative study of spherical solder powders VPr27 and VPr50 obtained by methods of gas atomization and plasma spheroidization of fast-quenched fragmentation-type particles

The paper presents a new technology for producing powders of high-alloyed nickel alloys with a high degree of sphericity of powder particles with a size of 40—63 microns.
The comparison of the basic properties of nickel-based alloys-solders of grades VPr27 and VPr50 obtained by gas atomization and according to the proposed technology. The production process of spherical powders is implemented through the stages of ingot manufacturing, obtaining a quick-tempered amorphous tape with its subsequent heat treatment, production of a fragmentation-type powder, separation of a particle fraction with a size of 40—63 microns, spheroidization of the isolated fraction in a flow of argonhydrogen thermal plasma. At the same time, the sphericity of the obtained powders reached 99 %. The technological characteristics of such a powder — fluidity and bulk density, were improved by 25 and 10 %, respectively.

Sedinin I. N., Makarov V. F. — Calculation of a mathematical model of deviation from the flatness of the treated surface during end milling of hardened high-carbon steel

In order to ensure the technical requirement for the machined surface — deviation from flatness, research of face milling on samples from hardened steel was carried out using the method of mathematical planning. In the experiments, a machine of increased accuracy, a carbide cutting tool and a high-precision measuring tool were used.
When determining the dependent variable, a full factorial experiment was set up with three independent variables: cutting speed, feed per tooth, and depth of cut. To determine the coefficients of the polynomial regression equation, a second-order central compositional orthogonal design was used. The matrices of the levels of variation of independent variable factors and the planning of the experiment were made A regression analysis of the obtained experimental data was performed using Microsoft Excel, Wolfram Alpha and Statistica programs. As a result of calculations, a mathematical model of the deviation from the flatness of the treated surface was found and the significance of the variable factors influencing the response function was determined.

XIAO Jesiao — Application of watchdog mechanisms in embedded computing systems

The paper discusses the issues of using watchdog mechanisms in embedded computing systems: what functions they perform in the operation of embedded computing systems, what methods are used to detect existing errors made, how to improve the efficiency of the functioning of watchdog mechanisms within systems of this type, what problems are observed in the implementation of watchdog mechanisms. In the final part, the issue of the lack of specialized tools for automating the process is considered, which would allow, based on the specified criteria, to integrate watchdog mechanisms into the hardware and software system, which opens up prospects for further research.

Makarov G. I., Kapustin O. E. — Expansion of technical requirements for welded pipes for trunk pipelines when updating state standards

The article scientifically substantiates proposals for expanding the technical requirements for main pipelines welded pipes. It’s proposed, when updating state standards for pipes, to expand the range of high-strength pipes allowed for use, take into account the differentiated requirements for the CTOD fracture toughness index, add a section of requirements for the pipe metal dynamic fracture toughness for main gas pipelines, as well as for pipelines subjected to pneumatic testing.

Ignatova A. M., Ignatov M. N., Feinburg G. Z. — Classification of microspherical particles of the solid component of welding aerosols formed during manual arc welding with coated electrodes

The development of occupational diseases of welders is largely caused by the solid component of welding aerosols (SCWA), which consists of fine particles of different composition and structure, 40—50 % of all SCWA particles in manual arc welding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals are represented by spherical formations of various structures, shapes and composition. The classification of microspherical particles formed during manual arc welding with coated electrodes was analyzed, as a result it was found that the main criterion for it is not the morphology but the composition, so the composition of the SCWA particles includes mesoporous hollow particles, container, multilayer varieties of them and formations with the "particle in particle" structure. ". The formation of particles, as shown by a detailed study, is due not only to condensation, but also to the flotation processes of gases in the melts of the weld pool. Particles are connected to each other forming agglomerates, and at the initial stage, the coalescence process predominates, and only after that it can turn into coagulation. Agglomerates have a complex structure, channels are formed between the particles in which reduction takes place, the agglomerate itself is "overgrown" with an oxidized layer, and mesoporosity is reduced inside the particles.
