Dronov Е. А., Barakhov V. I., Samochkin V. N. — Tomographic method of optimization of the plated mixture at the molds manufacture for the diesel engines cast iron cylinder billet

Presented herein are main types of defects in inner structure of cast iron cylinders produced for diesel engines by TULAMASHZAVOS JSC, the defects being subject to detection by method of computational X-ray tomography. Basing on the analysis of the results obtained we can estimate the character of probable defect structure available in each individual cylinder. Main tasks are set to eliminate the defects with use of computational X-ray tomography to improve quality and reliability of the diesel engines produced by TULAMASHZAVOD JSC.

We consider the flow forming hobbing cylindrical wheels of external engagement without submitting coolant and lubricant liquid. It explains why some individual producers of gears use the technology of hobbing without submitting coolant and lubricant liquid.
We report the conditions of the experimental studies: gear hobbing machine, hob of powder high-speed steel, clamping tool with an elastic sleeve, cutting modes. There is the recommendation on the optimum cutting modes and the achievable accuracy during hobbing cylindrical gears without submitting coolant and lubricant liquid.

TECHNOLOGIES AND MACHINES FOR WELDING PRODUCTION AND RELATED PROCESSES

Dubrovskiy V. А., Amelicheva А. Yu., Potapov А. V. — Prediction of residual radial displacements of the "bushing" type details dimensions after resistance overlaying welding with coiled electrode 

The article presents the results of experimental studies of residual radial displacement sizes in details like "bushing" after EWW with spring of class 2 and Сv-08G2С wire with 1.2—2 mm in diameter.
A comparison of the quantitative values of residual radial displacements of dimensions after EWW with Сv-08G2С wire with 1.2—2 mm in diameter and mechanized arc deposition in carbon dioxide with the same material with a diameter of 1.2 mm is considered.
The influence of various factors on the change in the quantitative values of such movements after EWW is considered. It is proposed to appoint one of the five described methods for repairing of the "bushing" type details based on the prediction of the quantitative values of dimensions residual radial displacements prior to the implementation of the such details recovery technology through the use of EWW. Mathematical dependencies based on experimental studies is proposed for prediction the quantitative values of the residual radial displacements of the "bushing" type details dimensions, restored with EWW in 1—3 layers.

Bratukhin А. V. — Features of the accessories laser hardening for serial production of aviation titanium fasteners

The work is devoted to the wear resistance study of tool steels after laser heat treatment.
The modes of laser heat treatment and the test results of the studied materials are considered. The wear resistance increasing regularities of the technological accessories are indicated.

Methods for determining the resistance of twist drills at cutting speeds of high quality drilled holes are presented, using the results of previous studies, which eliminated the material and physical costs of conducting additional experiments.

Rozinov А. Ya. — Expansion of technological applications area of the tightness acoustic control

The article presents the traditional methods drawbacks analysis of tightness control. The physics of the acoustic field generation by compressed air stream flowing from channels of the through defects is described. The comparison results of tightness control using traditional methods and the method of acoustic control are considered.
The physics of the acoustic field generation by soap bubbles used soap solutions is described. The developed algorithms for parameters calculating of the acoustic field generated by the discharge of a compressed air jet and air bubbles oscillation are introduced.
A changes graph of the tightness control sensitivity implemented by searches the acoustic field generated by the discharge of a compressed air jet or air bubbles oscillation is considered.

Chudin V. N. — The calculated model of pressure welding during creep-plastic compression

The proposed correlation for calculating the technological modes of pressure welding.
The equations of state of the deformable material with rigid plasticity and creep plasticity are used. The ratios determine the necessary quantities of deformations, pressure and time at the stages of the process.
