Krivonosova Ye. A., Sinkina Ye. A. — Particle growth kinetics modelling of carbide phases in welded seam of high-alloy steels

Process modelling results of carbide-formation in the weld metal of high-alloy steels like 12Х18Н10Т; the weld seams are obtained at manual arc welding by electrodes with different types of coating, i.e. rutile electrodes (ОK 61.30) and the basic ones (ЦЛ-11). A problem of intercrystalline corrosion suppression by initiation of carbon fixation to carbide is solved by using titanium and niobium which penetrate into the weld from the coating.

Yeremin Ye. N., Losev A. S. — Mechanical properties and thermal stability of martensitic-aging boride steel surfaced by powder wire

The results of the analysis of mechanical properties and thermal stability of deposited tool maraging steel Fe—Ni—Mo—Cr—V—Si—Ti—Al, hardened by boron compounds are demonstrated. The importance of hardening a composite material with borides is shown. The role of borides in the increase of thermal stability of the steel for deposition a metal-cutting tool is analyzed.

Tsvelev R. V. — Error estimate of temperature field reproduction at submerged arc welding on basis of equivalent heat source

The equivalent volume heat source with arc power in regular intervals distributed in a half ellipsoid which semi axes are equal to semi width of a seam and depth of a penetration is proposed. Experimental and calculated thermal cycles at a submerged arc welding well agree. The analysis of an error influence of calculation on a cooling time estimation and volume of a softening zone is made.

Starostin N. P., Ammosova O. A. — Thermal process control of polyethylene tubes welding at low temperatures

Research results of the ambient air temperature influence on the dynamics of temperature field at socket welding of polyethylene tubes are covered. It is shown that in order to achieve acceptable dynamics of temperature field at air temperatures which are lower than the normative ones it is necessary to preheat before welding the socket and the welded sections of tubes, welded joint is to be cooled under a heat insulation layer.

Novosadov V. S., Kolyuzhny O. Yu. — Physicochemical and mechanical properties of soldered joints and composites obtained by methods of liquid-phase technology

Special joint formation features at soldering and methods of improving physicochemical and mechanical properties of the soldered joints and composites obtained by liquid-phase technology are considered.
Key words: soldering, soldered joints, physicochemical and mechanical properties, composite materials

Gnyusov S. F., Durakov V. G. — Influence of titanium and tungsten carbides on structure formation and properties of composition coatings. Part 3. Wear life of the steel Р6М5 —– (WC + TiC)/TiC coatings

Analysis data of relative abrasive wear resistance of composition coatings based on high-speed steel are described. It is established that the coat from steel Р6М5—(TiC + WC), in thebase surfacing mixture of which 20 per cents of strengthening phase (5 % TiC +15 % WC) are loaded, has maximum wear resistance and does not need and additional heat treatment.
Key words: composition coating, wear resistance, high-speed steel

Kosmin A. A., Budinovsky S. A., Muboyadzhyan S. A., Bulavintseva Ye. Ye. — Protective high-temperature coating for intermetallic titanium alloy

A possibility of high-temperature coating development for an intermetallic titanium alloy with reinforcing ortho-phase is shown. The coating prevents change of the alloy surface layer following accumulation of oxide corrosion products, the changes may result in product softening at the working temperature of 700—800 Celsius degree. Investigation results of the heat-resistant properties, composition and structure evolution of the alloyed ion-plasma coatings on titanium alloy with reinforcing ortho-phase at running temperatures showed that when coating is applied the depth of the alloy surface layer change is considerably reduced: it goes under 5 micrometer.

Anakhov S. V., Pykin Yu. A., Shakurov S. A. — Generalized design methods in electroplasmous technologies

The methods of plasmotrons designing are generalized. It is emphasized on necessity to account the conditions of safe plasmotrons application. Classification of the experimental methods applied during such designing is resulted.

Litovchenko N. N., Petryakov B. I., Tolkachev A. A., Blokhin S. A. — Influence of outflow velocity of heterophase flow on physical-mechanical properties of electric metal-spraying flux

It is established that utilization of high-temperature gas jet for melted particles’ dispersion at arc spraying increases velocities of particles per 50 % as compared to air jet.
Key words: dispersion, arc spraying, high-temperature gas jet, metallizator

ECONOMICS AND PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION
