Goritskiy V. M., Gladshteyn L. I., Shneyderov G. R. Dyrneva A. A. — Influence of welding thermal cycle on impact toughness components for the steels welded joints different zones of the steels 10G2SB and 10G2SFB

The influence of the average linear energy (3,6—16,3 kcal/cm) at automatic arc welding on the origin work аз and spreading work aр of the viscous craze in the welded joints different zones of steels 10G2SB and 10G2SFB in the thermal improved state and after controlled rolling is considered.
Bead forming on surface plates with the dimensions 20Ѕ250Ѕ300 mm by using automatic submerged arc welding (welding compound FI-16) via the electrode wire Sv-10GNMA with diameter of 5 mm. It is shown that an increase of the average linear energy leads to decrease values аз and aр. It is suggested to approximate the curve KCU-B by means of two linear sections for occurrences of inflection appearance on the curves KCU-B, where B — viscous component in the fracture of impact samples. Stright line intersection point corresponds to the boundary of the heat affected zone (HAZ). It is found that the weight average valuation values aр within the HAZ and in the base metal are related closely by linear dependence T50 – — where T50 — brittleness critical temperature corresponding to the appearance of 50 % viscous component in the impact samples fracture.

Anakhov S. V., Gladkovskiy S. V., Lepikhin S. V., Dvoynikov D. A., Pykin Yu. A., Matushkin A. V. — Mechanical and technological properties of welded joints obtained after the application of plasma cutting

The investigation of the mechanical characteristics of the welded seams is done. These seems are produced after 09G2S steel cutting by mechanical method and by various plasmatrons. It is shown, that impact strength and static bend parameters of welds received after plasma cutting without removal of heat-affected zone do not concede to parameters, produced after mechanical cutting. Application of new one-circuit plasmatron with the improved gas dynamic characteristics, and also narrow jet plasmatron for metals cutting allows to receive advanced welded seams with high efficiency and smaller power expenses.

Grigoryants A. G., Misyurov A. I., Shiganov I. N., Yakushin B. F., Perestoronin A. V. — Prospects for the laser radiation utilization for the technological strength increasing at welding cryogenic steels

It is shown, that during welding of the large-size structures from containing nitrogen cryogenic chromnikelmanganese austenitic steels via a stable austenitic welding materials, crazing in seam is possible as in the crystallization process as in the solid state at undersolidus temperatures. There is a significant refinement of the cast metal seam structure by laser welding compared to arc welding, which should increase the resistance to the formation of solidification cracks. At the same time laser welding allows lo perform seam in a single pass, there by eliminating the cause for the cracks appearance at repeated arc heating.

Pervukhin L. B., Pervukhina O. L. — Interaction of the impact-compressed gas in the welding gap with the welded surfaces during explosion welding

It is shown, that at the explosion welding on the conditions precluding the formation of a cumulative jet welded surfaces cleaning and activation takes place ahead of the plasma stream contact point. Impact plasma is formed in the welding gap at hypersonic outflow of the high temperature impact-compressed gas on its boundary with the welded surfaces.

Morozov V. S. — About the length of the non-stationary transitional periods in the vacuum systems for airtightness mass spectrum control of the rocket-space technics large-size objects

The analytical study results of the control gases unsteady flow processes in the facikities extended vakuum pipeline for airtightness mass spectrum control of the rocket-space technics large-size objects (liquid rockets and spacecraft) are adduced. The correlations for duration valuation of the helium unsteady flow periods in the vacuum control systems; including long-length vacuum pipeline is derived. The study results allow to justify deside the designing tasks of a vacuum system for airtightness mass spectrum control of the rocket-space technics large-size objects.

Lukin V. I., Ioda E. N., Panteleev M. D., Skupov A. A., Fomina M. A., Ovchinnikov V. V. — Influence of the heat treatment on the welded joints mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the high strength aluminum-lithium alloys

The maximum level of strength is achieved after full heat treatment (quenching and artificial ageing) after welding. Heat treatment of welded joints mad by STF, leads to alignment of structural heterogeneity and weakening the heat affected zone. After the welding modes of heat treatment did not affect the protective properties of non-metallic inorganic coatings. Susceptibility to intercrystalline corrosion (IWC) of welded joints with aluminum oxide and chemically oxide coatings are also missing.

Shiganov I. N., Kholopov A. A., Trushnikov A. V., Ioda E. N., Panteleev M. D., Skupov A. A. — Laser welding of high-strength aluminum-lithium alloys with adding wire

Technological possibilities of laser welding with the filler wire application for V-1469 and V-1461 high-strength aluminum-lithium alloyssheetjoining are considered. Optimal welding wire relative to the laser beam and the weld pool position is determined. The best weld formation with equal values of sagging and elevation, porosity and cracksabsence welding parameters are defined.
Welded joints mechanical properties and microstructure are investigated. The welded joints corrosion resistance is studied.
