Nikitin M. S., Zaguirov T. M., Yenikeyev F. U. — Load conditions calculation of the welded plate stock from the prospective superplastic structural materials

Process basic laws of the welded plate stock superplastic shaping are considered; the blank is two sheets welded on closed contour. Primarily the attention is paid to the analysis of grain growth effect on the rheological behaviour and in consequence on shaping duration, gas pressure, to time dependences of the dome height and gas pressure. Computational modelling is carried out in the network of formulation and solution of creep theory boundary value problem using ANSYS bundled software.

Lomova O. S., Lomov S. M., Morgunov A. P. — Effect of a machine tool centres' position error on the radial throw pattern of a component axis

Research results of the part working accuracy increase by the plunge-cut method on circular grinders are covered. Effect of the machine tool centre position error on the radial throw pattern of the centre line of a component at its free rotation in points is considered. It is proved that at free rotation of a component in the points of the machine tool head- and tailstocks mutually positioned with error, spatial axes displacement occurs, which significantly influence on the external cylindrical surface shaping of a component at its machining.

Sergeyev S. V. — Influence of the drill self-excited vibrations on the accuracy of orifice shaping by multiedge tool

Calculation dependences of amplitude and radial vibration frequency of drills are obtained. Results of the drill radial vibration computer simulation by ANSYS/LS-DYNA program package are given.

Yenek M., Serebryakov V. I., Schvartsburg L. E. — Influence of the tool plates' PVD coating composition on the surface roughness at steel turning

The paper presents results of investigations about influence of coatings type (TiCr)N and (TiNbZr)N made by PVD technique on the carbide sintered S26 plates, on the carbide sintered S26 places, on the surface roughness while cutting steel process. Impact of the coatings thick and machining parameters on surface roughness was analyzed. The research and results analysis confirm the significant impact of the coatings type and thickness on the surface roughness. This confirms the need for proper selection of the coating material type to the work piece species, particularly in the treatment finishing.

A method of rapid electro-thermo-diffusive hardening of components operating under conditions of abrasive wear and heavy load is worked out. Significant hardening is achieved due to replacing high-carbon steel by less carbon one at soil cultivating machinery production.

A new method of rotor balancing is suggested, which reduces assembly unbalance number. It is shown that residual number of the assembly unbalance is conditional only on inaccuracy of eccentricity measurement and imitating plummet weighing.
