Shchetanov B. V., Efimochkin I. Yu., Kuptsov R. S., Svistunov V. I. — Investigation of composite material based on Nb, reinforced by monocrystalline fibers α-Al2O3 with and without TiN barrier coating 

The interaction between the Nb and SCV of α-Al2O3 and without interfacial coating was investigated at next phase interfaces: fiber — coating — matrix and fiber — matrix. It was found that high-temperature (l300 °C) flexural strength of CM, reinforced with fibers without interfacial coating is 2.2 times higher than that of the matrix, reinforced with coated fibers — 1.8 times higher, and the same material after heat aging — 2.4 times higher.

Evgenov A. G., Rogalev A. M., Karachevtsev F. N., Mazalov I. S. — Influence of hot isostatic pressing and heat treatment on the alloy EP648 properties synthesized by selective laser melting method

The structure and properties of the samples obtained from powder of the own production high-chromium superalloy EP648 by selective laser fusion on the facility Concept Laser were investigated.
It is shown that the proved mode of fusion provides dense parts receipt with an average porosity volume portion of 0,07 % and high complex of mechanical properties, corresponding to (or exceeding) the maximum rated value for the cast material.

Golovin A. O., Shatokhin S. N. — Machining with high-frequency axial micro-oscillation of the spindle

The analysis of domestic and foreign studies is adduced. The question is raising the productivity and treatment quality, axial cutting forces reducing and tool life increasing through the use of high-frequency axial micro-oscillation of the spindle (HFAMOS) with a tool or a workpiece during grinding, grinding wheel dressing, milling, drilling, deburring and other machining operations of the critical parts from the varios structural materials, including difficult to machining materials.
Motor-spindles with HFAMOS developed in FSAEI VPO "Siberian Federal University" and AO "SPE Radio communication" (Ktasnoyarsk) are represented. Motor-spindles have high-speed hydrostatic bearings, pezostriktsion (for sound and ultrasound range) or hydromechanical (for audio range) generator of the spindle own frequency longitudinal oscillation and resonance concentrator of the oscillation local amplitude.

Petrovskiy A. N., Druzhinin G. A. — Two-position gear milling

Involute gearing load capacity raising and involute profile errors reducing is achieved through the use of a universal hob with a reduced teeth thickness and the profile angle of the teeth 12—15°.
In the first position the gear thickened teeth are milled. The desired thickness of the gear teeth provide setting the gear milling second position through the use of a hob tangential shift or workpiece angular shift. The results of cutting forces tensometering are adduced.

Kudryavtseva N. N., Shumyacher V. M., Orlova T. N. — Using of the modified bakelite binder for high-performance cutting discs with minimal noise during operation

Following problems are put and solved: decrease in noise level and increase of cutting ability by means of introduction filler. At work performance influence entered filler on properties of forming mixes and the decision of tasks in view is revealed. The improved qualities of forming mixes and increase of an overall performance of a detachable circle at simultaneous decrease in noise level are descried.

The need for rotating kiln support repair is considered. Development necessity of the new organization principles for cement kilns maintenance and repair is determined, which allow not only restore the lost efficiency, but also significantly improve the efficiency of their operation, as well as by upgrading to increase productivity and reliability.
The existing design and operation of the rotating cement kiln support is considered, upgrade design is proposed.

The article describes the methodology and results of the research devoted to the process of forming a surface polished surface resulting from the process of mass microtime processed material peaks of active abrasive grains. The study was performed using a computerized statistical and probabilistic models of the working surface of the tool and the kinematic model of its interaction with the workpiece during grinding.

Leonov G. P., Panin V. N. — Features of the welding production organization in connection with the implementation of the technical regulation law

Based on a brief analysis of the relationship technical regulations with the standards of the corresponding levels and their importance in achieving a major goal — namely, safety of the final product.
The requirements to the organization of assembly-welding production, which was built on the basis of international principles are formulated on the grounds of brief analysis of the technical regulations relationship with the standards of the corresponding levels and their importance in achieving a major goal — namely, safely of the final product.
These requirements concern to the following main aspects:
— the production organization compliance not only the requirements of ISO 9001, but ISO 3834 as a basic standard with regard to the welding production;
— SMK welding production must be regarded as a complete system that combines general purpose of a11 significant quality components, as well as be outsectirial;
— the individual characteristics of each industry or enterprise should be reflected in the relevant industry or enterprise regulatory documentation;
— attention is accentuated on the welding head personal responsibility for the accsepted decisions, the competence of which must correspond with the requirements of ISO 14731.
A brief commentary concerning other approaches to welding production organization distinct from the international are adduced.

Grigorev V. S., Mironychev N. A. — Systems structural formation for objects designing and manufacturing

Involved resources correlations in the form of the graph in design stages formation and objects production from of synergetic approach are described.
In the graph the points of interreacting resources bifurcation of separate phases of the stages considered which are initial resources for their forming are positioned.
It is shown that the orthogonal system of the machine tool axes in mechanical engineering is the backbone technological structure including the elements for providing location and fastening of a workpiece and the form-building tool influence on it in machine part manufacturing.
