Yangirov I. F., Khalikov A. R., Fedosov E. M. — Experimental studies of an electromechanical vibration converter with a spiral closed secondary element

For the first time, a physical model in the form of an electromagnetic cannon is proposed for the study of electromechanical vibration transducers with a spiral secondary element.
The development of a research stand for obtaining mechanical characteristics of an electromechanical vibration transducer (EMVP) with a spiral secondary element presents certain technical difficulties, which can be avoided by using a physical model and obtaining the necessary experimental data for conducting scientific work.

Golovkin P. A. — Ensuring the vacuum density of the housings of microassemblies of electronic devices made of aluminum-magnesium alloys at the stage of mechanical processing

The influence of the scheme of milling workpieces from hot-rolled plates of aluminium-magnesium alloys on the quality of the material of the surface layer of parts of vacuum- tight housings of electronic microwave devices is studied.
It is shown that when milling along a trochoidal trajectory, due to the stability of the cutting regime, the smallest spread of the surface energy of the material is achieved, which ensures its good resistance to corrosion processes and uniform nickel plating before soldering-assembly of the device body. So on the basis of a synergetic approach, at the stage of mechanical processing, a given vacuum density of the microassembly bodies is provided.

Asaev A. S., Ivanaisky A. V., Bondarenko A. P. — Study of the process of finishing abrasive treatment of gears using the effect of vortex cavitation

A significant reserve for increasing labor productivity in manufacturing is represented by parts with an accuracy quality of seventh and below, having a complex surface profile. The technological processes of their production are multi-step and involve labor-intensive finishing operations. This article raises the question of increasing the efficiency of finishing treatment of gears with a radial longitudinal profile line (hypoid gears) and presents a method of finishing treatment with a free abrasive using the effect of vortex cavitation.

Hasanov Z. A., Khanakhmedova S. A. — Some issues of modeling the process of smooth start of an asynchronous electric drive

The process of soft start of an asynchronous electric drive is modeled in the MATLAB/Simulink environment, using voltage regulators. The dynamic characteristics of an asynchronous motor powered by a voltage source network are investigated using vector systems on a coordinate system rotating at synchronous speed. The obtaine a simulation results, it possible to investigate various types of asynchronous electric motors, taking into account the smooth change of the input voltage and the regulation of the inrush current.

Mishigdorzhiyn U. L., Ulukhanov N. S., Semenov A. P., Milonov A. S., Dashiev D. E., Gulyashinov P. A. — Electron beam alloying of low-carbon steel with boron carbide and aluminum

The effect of electron-beam alloying (EBА) with boron carbide and aluminum on the microstructure, composition and microhardness of the surface layer of low-carbon steel St3 is shown. EBA led to the formation of a coating with a thickness of up to 0.3 mm with a predominant dendritic structure. The maximum microhardness in the layer was 670 HV, which significantly exceeds the hardness of the base metal. XRD analysis revealed the presence of iron boride and carbide on the surface of St3 steel.

Torpachev A. V. — Research of control methods oxygen concentrations in the air environment of premises and structures used in space engineering

A comparative study of the most common methods for measuring the oxygen concentration in the air environment of premises and structures of space complexes is carried out. The thermomagnetic method of gas control is selected and its characteristic disadvantages leading to a decrease in the efficiency of application are considered. Methods for reducing measurement errors and accelerating the output of gas analyzers to the operating mode are proposed.
